We will gladly accept returns for defective items due to a flaw in manufacturing or for shipments that were sent incorrectly. For items damaged during shipment, please contact your local postmaster.
Special Notes: All purchases of new DVD’s and CD’s are final. These items are non-returnable due to possible hidden damage.
All purchases of cosplay costumes are final. Please email us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing these items.
All returns require a return authorization number. This number can be obtained through our customer service via email or phone. This number must be listed on your shipping container or address label. We will not accept any merchandise that has not been given a return authorization number. This merchandise will be returned to the customer.
In order to receive a credit, merchandise must be returned:
-in sellable condition (undamaged)
-in original unopened packaging with any and all accessories
All merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase listed on your receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after the 15 days. No returns will be accepted after 20 days. This merchandise will be returned to the customer.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
