IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:

1. Shipping of Items will be delayed when we are attending anime conventions. You will be notified via email when placing an order if we are out of town at a convention. All Items are shipped to you once we return home to our store, if the item is in stock.

2. Holy Cow Anime never charges your paypal account until your order has been shipped out. Your account is only authorized. In the event your order is cancelled, we will also cancel your paypal authorization.

3. All Sales on Cosplay Outfits, Hats, and Shoes are Final. Please email us with any questions you may have about an items size, etc. before placing your order. Not all sizes of cosplay outfits may be in stock when you place your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for restocking.
